Will a 1% Listing Hurt My Sale?

No. Buyer’s agents are motivated by the commission you offer them — entirely separate from your listing fee. Your MLS listing reaches the same buyers regardless of what your listing agent earns. A lean brokerage model means lower cost to you — not lower quality.

What About the Buyer’s Agent Commission?

Our 1% listing fee is separate from the buyer-agent commission you choose to offer. Most LA and OC sellers continue offering 2%–2.5% to attract represented buyers. We’ll advise you on the optimal amount for your property and market conditions.

Is the 1% fee negotiable?

Are professional photos included?
Yes. Professional photography is included in our 1% listing fee. No nickel-and-diming for core marketing services.
Do I still need to offer a buyer-agent commission?
Under the 2024 NAR settlement, you’re no longer required to offer one through the MLS. However, a competitive offer broadens your buyer pool. We’ll advise on the optimal strategy for your property.
